Join the Wisconsin District at the Wilson Center as they celebrate the 2017/2018 Metropolitan Opera National Council auditions!
Started in 1963, the Wisconsin District is part of a nationwide search to discover exceptional talent for the Metropolitan Opera and the Met's Lindemann Young Artist Development Program. This year, more than 30 singers will compete for cash awards and the opportunity to advance to the Upper Midwest Region auditions in March at the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts.
Auditions are free and open to the public to attend! Advance registration is not required.
