Celebrate the 10th annual national Collector Car Appreciation day, and share the excitement of our automotive heritage with the whole family! In addition to enjoying hundreds of the area’s best hot rods, classic cars, custom cars, antique cars, sports cars, and classic motorcycles, and a free concert by Milwaukee’s own The Rockin’ Robins, families will have the opportunity to participate in a Kids Favorite Car Vote, with all children who vote receiving a fun gift. Attendees also can enjoy the Cool Kids Car Show, featuring such classic childhood vehicles as go-karts, mini sprint cars, junior dragsters, snowmobiles, a wienermobile pedal car, and more.
Vehicle show entry for the Cruisin’ will begin at 4:00 p.m. There is no cost to enter a vehicle in the car show, but space is limited to the first 300 cars. Pre-registration is not required.
The free concert with The Rockin’ Robins will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Wilson Center’s Gerlach/Haack Outdoor Theater. Lawn seating is available; guests who would like chairs are welcome to bring their own. To ensure good sightlines for all audience members, pop-up tents are not allowed.
