Availability

This depends on whether there are already other rentals that day, but our general rule of thumb is clients cannot enter before 9:00 AM on any given day for setup without prior permission. Rentals (including teardown) should end by 11:00 PM so the building can be clear by midnight to avoid additional charges.

Load-in, setup time, and rehearsals are to be discussed as part of the single rental contract, as allotting time in booked spaces affects our ability to host other events. 

This depends on the space and the floorplan, but we can reasonably accommodate a seated meal for up to 120 comfortably in any single space at 60" rounds and have a lot more flexibility with mixed seating or a cocktail-style reception.

Please note that at this time, we do not have availability on Sunday mornings. Additionally, our beautiful facility is home to community music and art lessons, so you may have students in the building during your rental for lessons. These students and their families know their way around and should have minimal impact on you or your guests, as they are onsite regularly. We would be happy to check availability and notify you by request of any classes currently scheduled in the building during a rental period.
